I am keeping the notes from sold out wines on the site so those of you smart enough to age the wine can still have some reference if you are looking. Though the verbage is a little quirky, you're probably looking for the techno geek stuff anyway. All the wines listed below this tag on the menu list (left) are sold out library wines. Roll over "The Wine" and then drop down to which ever wine you are looking for. If a wine is not listed, like the 2005/6 Pinot Grigio, that's because I lost those descriptions before I came up with this brilliant idea. Email me and I will get you the info you crave.
